Season and wind
Mui Ne is the most reliable kite destination in South-East Asia. From November through April the north-east monsoon brings 15–25 knots, water +24…+26 °C — no wetsuit needed.
Peak season
January – March
Wind every day. Kites 7–9 m², six-plus working hours daily. The strongest and most consistent stretch.
Shoulders
November and April
Softer, kites 9–11 m². Fewer people on the water, air around +28 °C. Easy time to learn.
Daily rhythm
Gentle morning, lively afternoon
Mornings are the best time for beginners and big kites. After lunch it ramps up — freestyle and big-air hour.
Spot
Malibu — why we ride here
Most Mui Ne schools sit on the city beach — convenient for hotels, not for the water. We chose Malibu — and in ten years never regretted it.
Shallow water at the shore
You can stand and catch your breath where the city beach already overhead. Critical for a beginner.
Waves break 100 m offshore
2 m on average, up to 3.5 m on strong days. No beachbreak at launch — you head out on flat water and pick your wave.
Clean launch zone
The city beach is crowded in peak season — students, boats, jet skis. Here you have room to send and land.
Two modes in one place
Flat between the waves for freestyle and big-air. Wave line for wave riding. Within a hundred metres.

Official Airush centre since 2015. English- and Russian-speaking instructors. No conveyor belts, no groups of six — every student moves at their own pace.

Our own kit, refreshed every season. Kites and boards in all sizes. We rent out what we ride ourselves.

The largest kite station in Mui Ne, right on Malibu. Storage, beach boy, showers, changing room, shaded chill zone — all on site.

Theory and right onto the water. Basic course gets you up on the board and going upwind.

Take a rental and ride on your own — we are right there if you need anything.
